How Armor Stats Work in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Different armor pieces provide different stats that contribute to Henry’s player stats. Depending on your playstyle, you will need to consider the type of clothing you need for your situation as one type of armor might not suit one type of style and vice versa.

IconStat NameDescription
Stab DefenseDefense against stab attacks
Slash DefenseDefense against slashing attacks
Blunt DefenseDefense against blunt impact.

Higher blunt damage dealt mainly from Heavy Weapons such as Maces.

ConspicuousnessOverlaps with Visibility; How likely to stand out amongst the crowd.
NoiseHow audible you are when walking/running/crouching
VisibilityOverlaps with Conspicuousness; How fast are you to be noticed when trying to sneak up.
CharismaThe higher the charisma level, the easier it is to charm your way in certain conversations.
DirtCurrent percentage of clothing dirtiness.
BloodCurrent percentage of blood stains on the piece.
-DurabilityHow sturdy the piece is before needing to be repaired.
-QualityQuality rank
-ConditionCurrent armor piece’s health percentage.
-WeightThe higher the weight, the slower you will move around
-PricePrice worth to sell; possible to haggle for more

Conspicuousness and Visibility overlap with each other and generally you want to keep both in a low threshold to avoid being detected when sneaking around for no good deed matters. Therefore, think twice before showing off that glamorous necklace you just found if you want to keep a low profile. The same applies to the Noise stat. The lower the number, the less audible your footsteps become to the enemy.

Depending on your playstyle, you will need to make some sacrifices. For instance, if you want to be more stealthy in your journey, you will need to create an outfit that sacrifices overall damage protection over a more agile and concealing outfit. Luckily, the game allows you to save three outfits and switch between them on the fly. However, keep in mind your carrying capacity and consider loading off some weight by dropping them in your storage box or moving it to your horse.
